Is there a way to delete a negative review that i have received ?

Is there a way to remove a negative rating if I have successfully completed the service but the customer is still dissatisfied and gives me a negative rating even though what was agreed was done ?

I mean, is there any protection for freelancers?

Hello Emir, 

Only Top Rated and Top Rated Plus freelancers can request feedback removal.

Send an email to freelancersuccess@upwork.com. In your message, please include:

  • The contract ID number that has the feedback you’d like to remove
  • Whether you want feedback removed from “JSS Only” OR to “Hide from Profile and JSS
    • JSS Only — Your JSS will be adjusted but your public work history won't change. Your profile will still show the public feedback rating, comment, and any response.
    • Hide on Profile — Both your JSS and public work history will change. It will hide the feedback rating and comment from your Work History and replace it with "This feedback has been removed”.

Its really sad that normal Freelancer can be damaged by that.

 

Even if a freelancer has done everything right and has performed his work successfully, the customer can evaluate him negatively and thus harm him, I really don't think that's good.
