A client recently purchased a fixed-priced project along with the add-ons which were outdated and underpriced. I didn't have time to update those, a mistake on my end.
Anyway, I have completed the work for the basic project, except for the add-ons. I still have 9 days left to deliver, but I would like to know if there is any way that I could refund the project addon only.
Basic project work is 100% completed.
Add-ons are remaining, which I would like to refund.

Hi Joanne,
I haven't received any response to my ticket so far. I would like to have this issue resolved soon, get paid for the work that I've completed, and send a refund for the add-ons.
Edit: I've reached a conclusion with the client. The issue has been resolved.
