Is this a Scammed?

I signed the contract a few hours back and he sent me a .exe file on wetransfer I told him to transfer all the files to the Upwork message box with an attachment but he didn't. When I checked the job offer details, it was no longer available.

I even checked About the client who has spent $0 in here and a 100% hire rate and an avg. hourly rate is $23.94. There are no such jobs that he posted before.

I have attached a screenshot of the client. Please let me know what should I do now.

Exe should be virus. Also this member registered 1 day. Look like scammer. 

You have contract? If not then better to ignore him.

Yes, I have a contract with this client. Do I ignore him? What about the contract? I have signed the contract and the offer will expire on 14th April. So, my question is that will my profile affect JSS if I ignore it?

You have deadline agreed? You can wait a little. If client reject to send you files via Upwork then you able to close contract yourself. Maybe he will be banned for ToS violation a while.

No, there is no deadline to be agreed. It is an hourly task of 40 hours(maximum) a week.

So you can wait for sure. If scammer confirmed then you will receive "contract suspended" status soon.
