I will write briefly. I was suddenly blocked on March 20. My document expired, I applied for a new one, but still my account is not unblocked and my documents are being checked for two weeks now. I write every day to support, but no reaction! They write some crap, like 24-48 hours and... again and again.
I've got email this morning... Screen attached. I just made reply back with a simple question: "Than why my account is still suspended?"
Then I go to ticket system and... message gone! But I screened it and I still have it at my email.
I have just have one question for you, guys. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I am suspended for 2 weeks for no reason and you even can't do regular ID check! What is going on?!
