Issue about Free Connects

I am seeing some problems with my account, the problems are, since 13th October/2023, Upwork gave me 10 free Connects that were added to my account. Since then, No more free Connects have been added to my Upwork account. The 10 free Connects of November/2023 have not arrived in my account yet. On 2nd December/2023, I received an Email which said Upwork gave me 10 Free Connects, but no Connects were added to my Upwork account. What can I do at this moment? Please take a look at my problem.

Hi Paltan,

Just to make sure. Have you check your report menu on connect history ?. When i confuse about the connect amount, i always check to the connect history. It helped me a lot.
