Issue of fraud

Hello Upwork Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a serious issue of fraud and deceit by a programmer named P...............................S.............., whom I hired through your platform. Despite having paid him in a Big part for his services, he has refused to provide me with any of the work completed so far for testing on our server. This project remains unfinished, and he has been stringing me along for months with false promises that he will send the necessary files.

All our conversations and agreements are documented and available for your review. This situation has caused me significant stress and frustration due to his continuous manipulation and broken promises. I urgently seek your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that justice is served.
