Hi Upwork team,
I recently tried to withdraw my payment from Upwork and have already set up a payment method with my local bank account. I believe that my bank details are correct as I have already double-checked. However, when I tried to "Get Paid", the transaction always failed and redirected back to Upwork. The reason was invalid data in the field date_of_birth which I cannot find it anywhere to modify.
Now I'm unable to withdraw my funds. I hope to get support on this matter.
