Dear Customer Care Team,
I am writing to report an issue with my connects. Recently, I received a notification that my connects were refunded due to being outbid by another freelancer on a project. However, the refunded connects have not been added back to my account yet.
I have checked my account several times and the connects are still missing. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter as soon as possible and resolve the issue.
