A testimonial from a valued client in a respected position with a well-established LinkedIn profile was not approved. This testimonial is particularly meaningful to me as I completed an important project for them, and I’m unsure why it was rejected, especially since other testimonials were approved without issues.
Additionally, I’ve been unable to access the help chat to submit a ticket, even though I’m a Plus Upwork client. I’m wondering if this is a temporary technical issue or if there’s another reason why access might be restricted for paying clients.
Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
