It has been more than 3 weeks for a support ticket update, no answers

Hello,

 

I have had an open ticket since October 30, and the last response I got was on November 16. How else do I reach out to the support team? I understand support agents are busy, but I believe at this point it is more than reasonable for me to request further updates from the support team.
