Hi,
I was interested in a project and I was greeted by the message in the title when I tried to download a .pdf attachment (which is 1KB in size, as always)
How does that work?
Does nobody see the file without contacting customer support ?
How long does it take to receive a reply from the customer support?
Will the job post be available when I receive the reply?
If the job contains a malicious file, why Upwork doesn't take the job post down?
Thank you for reading.
Best,
M.

Thank you Luiggi R .
I just had the answers to some of my questions.
- It took four hours for support to contact me about the issue.
- The job post is still available but applying for the job is no longer feasible since there are already 20 to 50 applicants.
- The file was blocked due to restricted file extensions.
I wonder if it would be more logical to block the file extensions from the client side, before the job post becomes online... Just an idea.
Best,
M.
