It shows I’m rising talent on my profile but doesn’t show in the search

Hi!

I just noticed that I became Ring Talent on my profile today but didn’t get any notifications from Upwork.

I also found two problems happened:

1) When I search my name on my profile, no badge appears in the result.

2) When I apply to the job which requires Job success 90%(Including Rising Talent), it shows I don’t meet it since there’s a exclamation mark.

Can you please help me out? Thank you!

Now the problems above were gone but I haven't got the 30 connects for the bonus yet. I'm wondering if there's something has been changed for the bonus of Rising talent? Thanks!
