Locked Private Profile

Hi there, My account was kept private please help me in making it public. thanks

Hi all,

 

If you are a new freelancer and don't earn money on Upwork within 90 days of your first proposal, or you choose not to submit a proposal within your first 90 days, your profile will change to private. 

 

When your profile is set to private it is not shown in freelancer search results but rest assured, clients are still able to see your profile when you submit proposals!


You can request that your profile visibility is reset by clicking this link found in this help article.

Team,

Clients cannot view my profile because it is set to private, and I am not receiving any orders. Please share your ideas.

Please help and make my profile public I have requested and re-set my profile too but after 24 hours still there is no update on this.

I have requested as well & I have an ongoing contract with active earnings & still my profile is Locked Private while I need it to be public, kindly make my visibility back to public & thank you in advance.

As Andrea mentioned in this thread's solution, your profile will change to private if you are a new freelancer and don't earn money on Upwork within 90 days of your first proposal or choose not to submit a proposal within your first 90 days.

My profile visibility has changes as private and multiple times I have tried to make it plublic, I have tried all the methods but neither receiving any mails nor any notification. 
Please guide me or provide me any contact where I can ask support to provide me solution & resolve it.

Hello Upwork support team,

I have been trying to make my profile visible for a while now, but it is still private. I have contacted support several times in the past, but the issue has not been resolved. The last time I contacted support was 6 months ago. Could you please help me make my profile visible? Hi! My profile is set to locked private, I've tried submitting the button on the https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003975967 article, though it just redirects me to the support main page and nothing happens. I've been trying to do that for several days. Could you please help me to change my profile visibility to public?
