my account got private or unavailable because I didn't use it for a while for some reason. After logging in now I found it private or unavailable. After doing some research I got to know about support.upwork.com where I applied but the reply was "your ticket was not submitted". I have attached the screenshot as well.

Kindly response to this message as a I am an aspirant and new freelancer willing to continue my freelance journey through upwork.

Nothing to worry; when your profile is set to private, it is not shown in freelancer search results but rest assured, clients can still see your profile when you submit proposals!

To switch your profile visibility to Public, click the arrow on the Preferences on your homepage > click the pencil icon on the Profile Visibility and choose Public.
