Log in issue

Hello. My colleague is having an issue when he is trying to log in, he lost access to the Upwork account, and when he is trying to log in using the username it automatically transfers to the email login, while trying to do the email login, it says that the google login is not activated for this account. But he has access to the email and has a valid username and password. 

Doing the thread from my account because it's not possible to do so without logging in (once again, he cannot log in)

If any of the moderators can contact me via email and I will transfer them to my colleague - that would be great.
