Hello,
on Mart 27 I renewed my Membership Plus Plan, but I just got the email from Upwork today that it failed and that they switched my plan to basic, but when I go to settings and check it looks like it is still Plus Plan. What should I do? I attached some screenshots I took just before writing here.
