Membership Refund



I wish to request a refund for the Freelancer Plus membership fee that I was charged without my permission. 


I have been charged $24 (Subscription Renewal Charges).

I was not aware that upwork will automatically take payment from my card. I never wanted to renew my subscription and I didn’t authorise the payment. 


I have cancelled the membership and I confirm that I do not want renewal of any subscription.


Please can you action the above and advise on the next stages regarding the refund process.
