Membership plan payment

Hi, whenever I try to purchase connects with my local bank card, it is always rejected, since then I have been using my available balance to buy connects.

So, can I still use my available balance if I want to upgrade my membership plan?

Thank you for your message. Yes, if you have a balance available from your Upwork earnings, you can use it to pay for your membership as long as you also have a primary billing method on file. If your balance is not enough to cover the cost, we’ll charge your primary billing method. If you remove your billing method, your membership plan will be canceled (you can always re-add it).
