Milestone Activation Failed. Please contact customer support

Hi.

I've been trying to fund my Milestone but for my contract, but when I try to Activate the Milestone, there message shows "Milestone Activation Failed. Please contact customer support."  (see attached image) 

 

 

Could the team investigate for me so I can know what action to take? 

My contract id is 28779602, if it helps!

Hi Pitcha, 

I looked into this, and I can see that the billing method you used to fund your milestone declined the transaction. Please reach out directly to the bank for more information on why the transaction was declined. In the meantime, feel free to add any alternative billing method to your account to proceed with funding the milestone for your project.
