Hello,
I'm trying to get started, but I can't move forward until my phone number is verified and I keep getting a message saying that VOIP numbers are not accepted.
My carrier is Mint mobile, which uses T-Mobile's network. This might be the cause, but it's not a VOIP service and I only have one phone number.
Has anyone else had similar problems and, if so, how was it resolved? I went to the chatbot, but didn't get any useful information.
