Hi,
My funds were transferred to my Payoneer account yesterday because of a scheduled transfer on Payoneer as my preferred payment method. The problem is that I don't have an active card or the USD balance on my Payoneer account since I haven't been using it for a while. The payment on Payoneer is still pending and I just spoke with their Customer Care and they told me to contact you guys to cancel the transaction so my money can get back to my Upwork account. I know this can be done since I read about similar situations here on the support forum.
Could you guys help me?
