My money has been sitting in escrow, and I requested payment 20 days ago. Everything I read says it should have been released to me after fourteen. My client released several milestones to me before this one, and has no trouble using the system. She sent me a screenshot of an error message she got when she tried to release my last payment, but then two days later told me she was able to release it. She's a good client and not a scam artist, but even if she was, my money shouldn't still be in escrow. I haven't done anything to reset the timer, nor has she made any requests.
On another note, the chatbot has been sending me in circles, and has been extremely unhelpful and frustrating. It told me "You should have received payment after fourteen days." Well, no crap chat bot. Why can't I talk to an actual human person? Why is it okay that I can't access my money? I needed it.

Someone did reach out to me the day you posted this, but no one has said what they are actually doing to resolve this issue. I got a message or two stating they would "look into it." That was last week, and I haven't heard anything since then. I'd really like to know what is being done, and when I can actually expect to be able to access my money. Thanks
