Move Agency Account

Hi Upwork,

I'm part of an agency as a Team member. My agency owner account is suspended so we can't access the agency owner account so I want to move my agency account into a freelancer account(https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~01c8bb146e2347d370) so can I do it or Can I create 2nd of duplicate agency account?
