Multiple Payments

Hello,

Recently, I made 2 contracts on UpWork to **Edited for Community Guidelines**. I paid $8.24 and $10.30 on the first contract through PayPal.  $5 was refunded because I made it in error. I made a new contreact and paid $15 but Upwork took $10.75 because of the $5 refunded on Escrow. May I ask why **Edited for Community Guidelines**. has not received the payments yet? And what is this $8.49 for? Please help. Thank you very much

Hi Geraldine,

Thank you for your message. I would like to clarify that there is a 5 days security period before the funds are available on the freelancer account. I see that the freelancer has already received the payment for $8 sent to them on the first contract and the $15 payment is still under pending status awaiting to complete the security period. Could you please confirm  the date for the payment of $8.49?
