My Client is not receiving the email related to the Direct Contact

Hi,

 

I created a Direct Contract and emailed it to my client's work email, a couple of days ago. However, he has still not recieved it. He has checked his Spam folder and settings but there is no sign of that email.

 

I sent the contract to his Gmail which he received. Somehow he's not recieving it on his work email.

 

If anyone knows, please let me know.
