My Top Rated Plus badge is missing. But I pass all the criteria

My top rated plus badge is missing. But I pass all the criteria. I opened an investigation, they told me that it would take 24-48 hours, but much more time had passed and no one contacted me. They also don't answer my questions in the open issue. Now when I try to contact a specialist in a live chat, the stupid robot won’t let me do this, repeating the same thing. Why am I paying you money? What kind of service is this? Disgusting freelance exchange! I demand that you fix the problem immediately and contact me!!!
