My Tracker doesn't record anything yet I have been working for almost 1 hour

I am having an issue with my tracker. When it screenshot the time wasn't recorded in the system. I checked my work daily and it was not recorded, I have been working for almost 1 hour. It says lost connection but we don't have any internet issue. I have restarted the laptop, and internet connection but still doesn't work. Please check the attached file for your reference and help me. Thank you.
