My account got suspended with no emails from Upwork, and I sent an email to **Edited**

Hello, 

A few days ago, my account which has the same name as this account got suspended right after I got promoted to Top Rated and got paid for my projects which was a total of over $1000. As of now, I have no access to my account and I had to contact support through email which was  **Edited for Community Guidelines**. I got no emails back regarding this situation. Furthermore, when I got suspended, I got no emails regarding my suspension, at all. It's been seven days since I sent a ticket via email and still got no response.  So, I had to create a temporary account just to be able to get access to Upwork Community. I did get a reply from the automated email and my ticket is numbered #35121035 (https://support.upwork.com/hc/requests/35121035). If you could help me with this situation, I would be really glad. At least, please inform me about the reason behind my suspension.

Hi Pradeep, 

Thank you so much for your help. However, I have still not gotten any emails regarding the situation. I should remind you that I have no access to my account, hence, no access to Upwork Community, which means that I am not capable of viewing my support ticket in any way besides email responses. If there have been any updates on this issue via support ticket but through my email address, I will not be able to get informed of that. If you can help me with this as well, I would really appreciate it. Thank you again.

There's a corresponding email for each support ticket. Once our team updates your ticket, you should receive an email notification as well. I followed up on your ticket with the team handling it right now. Kindly bear with us as we attend to tickets in the manner that we received them. We appreciate your continued patience.

Hello, 

Sorry to bother you guys again, but I would like to ask if there are any updates. It's been quite a while since I sent an email to Upwork Support. However, there have been no updates regarding my situation. Could you at least, please, give me an insight into what is going on? I have ongoing projects with clients that need to be taken action soon. At this rate, my clients and I will be both let down. Kindly waiting for a reply. Thank you.

What is the update now? My wife's Id got suspended without any mail and she too awaiting for a reply. Please help if your issue got solved.
