My client is not able to hire me.

Hi upwork ! I've got this client from upwork, We had a zoom meeting regarding the project and now when he's trying to hire me the app shows an error occurred message. I told my client to try changing network but the issue was still there. He tried from mobile and desktop both ! Please help urgently
