My gmail got hacked, so I cant recover my Upwork Account, tell me how can i approve another account?

My gmail got hacked, and my upwork account was verified on my ID. After my gmail being hacked, i have created a new one to contact upwork. This is my new upwork ID, but im worried whether upwork gonna verify this one or not. sadly, i cant recover previous gmail account, please guide me how can i verify this account and delete the hacked one because it was verified on my ID.

i cant open the request, the ID that was registered on my ID Card was: **Edited for Community Guidelines**

i just want your community to delete this account because it is hacked now and i cant recover that account. Whatever proof you need, i can provide you. But, additionally, i want your favor to make this account as my approved one. I want to approve this account on my ID card i.e.**Edited for Community Guidelines**(this is the new account im using right now)
