just wondering why the reason it's ineligible because the job has reason of: "Jobs with no feedback are excluded from Job Success Score." but it has excellent feedback
as we know, any ineligible job won't be counted in JSS calculation
my client doesn't have any issue with his account
please upwork support. fix this

Hi Handika,
I checked the Ineligible jobs on your account and I do not see any recently ended jobs in the list. Could you please confirm that contract ID or the title of the recently completed job you mentioned?

I have the same problem, I have had positive private and public comments, I maintain an excellent relationship with this client and the platform simply tells me that this job is not eligible, every day I am more disappointed with the management of the platform and the JSS!
