My registered email issue

I had closed my client account but the email id registered is not removed. When i want to signup it ask that email is already registered. But when i try to login, it shows error that email is not registered.

how to solve this issue. I want to create freelancer account from same mail id?

Please know that freelancers aren’t allowed to have multiple accounts as this is a serious violation of Upwork's Terms of Service.
