My service Overview and details no showsup

Hi,

Today my client ordered my service ( Tier Standard ) as You will get an amazing Facebook banner, cover design

when I  view ( my order ) the contract shows nothing. Only shows > Overview > Messages < Details . When I click on Overview and Details it shows nothing.

I also attached file fr your review.

Anyone can help me to fix this issue.
