Name change request got denied

I first created this account using my nickname, and now I'm trying to change it to my real name to add my payment method. But my request got denied.

Ahh what should I do now? My real name is very close to the current username that I have, and there's only few character changes have to done.

And I can prove my identity using my government issued ID card.

I reapplied and just now got changed my name.
