Name change

My company name is SkyWeb Technologies, we just used a google account when working with District Gamers to login at the time to get some voice talent.  How can I be approved for a name change?  It keeps getting denied.  Is it because it is tied to the Google account for logging in?  Is it possible to unlink from the Google account and relink to just the email account associated with the account?
