Name mismatched

 I requested Upwork to correct my name. They approved and my name was changed. But now, I am having an issue verifying my account and documents. In the verification form, it is still showing my old name. In this case, I'll not be able to get verified. Please help me with how to proceed ASAP. Thanks, Aliza khan!
