I haven't been able to pay one of our contractors for 15 days. Our account seems to be locked. It says we have an outstanding balance but we have 10K in escrow. I did find a $24 balance and paid that. I also cleared our card and bank information and re-entered it in case there were issues there. I have tried chat support. I really need to pay our contractor. He is doing great work and it is incredibly unfair to him that there is no longer a way to call, email or submit a ticket to get bugs resolved. This is the second major issue we've had like this and at some point we'll need to find a different solution for contract work like this.
