Good day. I need advice on how to pay for the fix-price project.
I completed a project with a client and everything went great. The project was a fix-price, the client himself set milestones. And I did not make sure that he set a new one. So in the end, when I turned in the work he closed the contract, but did not pay for it, because there was no active milestone. He and I are in touch and he doesn't know the right way to go either.
Could you write exact instructions on what to do for him, in this case, to fully pay for the project?

Hi Victoria,
Thank you for your message. I checked the job you are referring to and noticed that the client has already approved a $25 payment on the contract. If the total agreed amount was more than this, the client can issue a bonus for the remaining amount from the contract page. You can share this help page with the client to learn how to issue a bonus to you. In the future, please make sure to review your contract and milestones terms including escrow funds before you initiate and submit work on the contract.
Thank you,
Pradeep
