Need refund on payment made via direct link of upwork

Hello ,

I ahve been scammed from one of the freelancer and was requested payment via below direct links on upwork.

I made two payments of 100$ on 12th March and 20 $ 14Th March.

Nor the freelencer is replying and nore he has provided any service.

I would need your help to get me the refund of my lost mony, all help here will be appreciated.
