All good annie. I don't mean to be negative but right now I badly need to speak with an agent about a pay that is 1 week "on progress" and currently 4 days on "in review". I just don't understand why Upwork won't make their support agents accessible as they were before?

I agree. The help page doesn't load properly and the chat agent is terrible. Would anyone know why I am getting this error?
