New Zealand bank account number invalid

**Edited for Community Guidelines**Hello, I am trying to set up direct bank payment but it says my bank number is invalid. I have looked through the previous articles and adjusted the account number accordingly, but I cannot seem to progress. My full account number is **Edited for Community Guidelines**

So in the form I have put the following, adding 000 to the front of the account number as suggested in the previous help articles to make it 12 digits.

Account number: **Edited for Community Guidelines**

BSB: 010071

However, it still says it's invalid. Any help is much appreciated,
