Hello All ! Goodevining 

I completed my 1st job delivered project to client and my bonus payment had stuck some how and my client won't reachable now in that case how i supposed to get my payment ? I talk to support and they told me that upwork doesn't secure bonus payment it that true ? They suggest to reach the client but the client profile seems unreachable what should i do please guys help..

It is true. Possible that you will never receive it. Just wait a while payment pending.
