No Support and 'Customer Service' has locked my account twice this month

Just what it says.  Today I get notified my account is set to private due to lack of activity.  I'm on this site every night and have submitted 4 proposals so far this week and it's only Tuesday.  Try to get through to customer support and like everyone else here I find it's impossible.  Requested my account be set back to public and guess what?  That takes three days!!

 

Last week account was locked for 'failing to provide ID' even though I had in fact submitted ID.  Had to walk through the process all over again because there was a corner not showing in my DL photo??!? Of course they don't tell you these things and it's impossible to get customer support.

 

Starting to think this is a pretty lousy platform to try and freelance from.

Hi Kevin,

 

I understand that you are concerned about your account limitations. We occasionally change a profile from public to private. This helps boost your visibility when you’re active and reduce the notifications you get when you’re not. It also helps keep results relevant for clients. When your profile is set to private, your profile is not visible in search results, but the clients can still view your profile once you submit a proposal. If you don’t verify your identity within 7 days of notification we will place a hold on your account. The hold will prevent you from withdrawing earnings, submitting proposals to new jobs, accepting direct hires, or showing up in search results. Any active proposals that have been submitted will be canceled. The hold will not affect your ability to work on existing contracts and we will be happy to remove it once you’ve verified your identity.

 

I checked, and it looks like you have already earned the ID verification badge, and it is already showing on your profile.
