No Top Rated even if I am eligible

Previous week I got email "We want to let you know that you no longer qualify as a Top Rated freelancer on Upwork."
But when I checked my Stats, I was eligible (check attachment)

so how do I get back Top Rated Badge

Thank you for sharing your concern. I would like to clarify that once you've met all the qualifications for Top Rated, your profile will be updated with the badge within 24 to 48 hours. If otherwise, let us know so I can check this further.

My account was Top Rated 2 weeks ago, suddenly it was removed last week.

I am eligible for all conditions, can you check more about my profile. There maybe some issues regarding this.
