No access to room

A colleague has given me access to two rooms. I was able to access them with the email invites, but now it says I no longer have access. It gives me the following error message: 

serviceName: 'roomsDS', commandName: 'GetRoomStoriesSimplifiedHysCmd', error message: '1575410840271118336 cannot access the info of a private room room_fd6fa8a80b0f37e06868164ce639ab88 if not subscribed'

I tried but wasn’t able to replicate the issue you’re describing. Could you please try using a different browser or the incognito mode of your current browser? You may also try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. Also note that we only officially support the latest two versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari.
