Not able to accept the contract from client

Hi, 

I got a contract from client and for the past one hour, I am not able to accept the contract. Please look into this issue asap. I am attaching a photo with this complain.

Yes I have cleared my browser's cookies and tried again. I even tried accepting the contract through ios application of upwork but that gave me the same error. Browser used : Google Chrome, Machine Os : Mac OS, Machine OS version : Ventura 13.2.1. I have already attached my screengrab of the issue
