Not able to upgrade to Freelancer Plus

Hi,

Upwork Team,
I am trying to upgrade my membership plan and it shows the message that "We are in the process of subscription renewals and upgrades are not possible during that period. Please come back later." But when one of my friends tried to do so, they were able to upgrade the plan. This is the link to my profile: https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~014d833406ce0c0904 

Please check it, so that I can upgrade my plan and apply for the jobs.

Hi Siraddha,

 

I am sorry about the error while upgrading your membership plan. I checked your account and noticed that your monthly billing cycle starts on the 5th of every month. That said, you will be unable to make changes to your subscription within 24-48 hours of your billing cycle. Please try after 24-48 hours after your billing cycle is renewed.
