PROBLEM WITH WIRE TRANSFER

Okay, so I'm having a problem with recieving my payments via wire transfer. I withdrawd funds via my agency profile, and the bank confirmed they received the payment, but has opened a dispute since they request some missing information that Upwork needs to provide. The bank tried contacting Upwork, but received no answer. I tried mutliple ways to open a ticket and reach out to Upwork, but the USELESS CHATBOT kept sending me links that had nothing to do with the issue.

 

I'm seriously considering to take my business elsewhere, since the access to real support is nonexistant, and I'm also expecting a helpful answer and a resolution from one of the moderators ASAP.

Hey, it is much serious. But let me tell you what you can do.
First of all if Upwork is not responding with email then try on social media where the community for the upwork is (Facebook, linkedin, Instagram)etc. POST your issue there and tag Upwork. It will work.
2: Make sure you have provided the correct information. or bank with upwork.
3: If all not working then why not anyother payment method Paypal or payoneer etc?
4: One best solution is, Involve the bank customer support. Request the bank customer services to attempt further communication with Upwork. So that He/She can provide a detail information, (Optional) But solid.

Here are a few things that might help:

  1. Try going to the Help Center and typing "contact support" to bypass the chatbot.
  2. If that doesn’t work, you could reach out to Upwork’s support team on X(Twitter) (@UpworkSupport) or LinkedIn—they tend to respond faster there.
  3. Another option is to get a community moderator to escalate the issue for you.

  2. Choose the “Chat with Upwork” option to initiate a conversation with our chatbot.
