For 300 connects, It is reasonable to expect a decision one way or the other in a timely manner.
Instead, I flushed 300 connects into the abyss, and from the other threads it appears I am not the only one.
It is bad enough to routinely get blown off by potential clients, but it is a bit offensive to get scammed by the platform.
Note to self: do not participate in the any gimmicks the platform promotes.

Applications will be reviewed in approximately four weeks from the date they are submitted. If you qualify, you’ll be selected for a pre-vetting video call. Time slots for these interviews are on a first-come, first-served basis, and the time required to make a determination on your application can vary. If it's been longer than four weeks since you applied, feel free to let us know so we can look into it.

Hey Luiggi, I’m dealing with a similar issue.
I received an email saying I was accepted for the next step—a live, pre-vetting call on July 25. However, I haven’t received any further details about scheduling the call. It’s been 30 days now.
I have attached a screenshot of the email I received on July 25 below.

I received an e-mail on July 12 that my Expert-Vetted Talent application was chosen to move to the next step - but I haven't yet received any follow-up e-mail(s) on how to schedule that next step (i.e. live, pre-vetting call)
Should I be concerned that ~ 6 weeks have already passed?

At this point you should realize that Upwork's priority was to get 300 connects, not to run the verification process. And for that matter, why would you want a badge that only corporate clients can see if there are no corporate clients here?

I was informed as my Expert_Vetted Application is approved, 30 min call will be scheduled with a following e-mail. However, I did not received any e-mail to continue my process. I've attached the last mail I had received 12 July. Could you please inform me about status of my application? I want to underline that 300 Connects are paid. 6 weeks passed, should I be concerned?
When I submitted my application, I was informed that the review and approval process could take up to 90 days. I have been waiting patiently during this period.

I was having the same problems too. I received an email on July 15th saying about my approval of the expert vetted and there will be an email stating the next process.

I received an email saying my Expert vetted application has moved to next stage and I should receive an email next couple of weeks. This was more than a month ago but I still haven't received anything. How can I chase this up? Image attached of email received more than a month ago.
