Pay

Hey, I have finished a project and it comes down to payment. The employer says he have reached the limit of milestones. I am wondering what the solution is here.  The picture is what he gets when he tries to make a milestone with me.

Hi Khizri,

 

We appreciate you reaching out to us regarding this issue. But could you please ask the client to contact support so we can troubleshoot this from his side? You can advise your client to do the following:

 

  1. Go to the Help Center.
  2. Select “Get Support” at the bottom of your screen.
  3. Type a question or topic and select "Send". The bot will find relevant Help articles for you.
  4. If we don't find the information you need after a few tries, you’ll see an option under the article selections to "Contact Support."
  5. Select "Contact Support" and follow the options provided.
